Sustainable Living Resources

What is Sustainable Living? According to UNICEF, Sustainable Living is a method of limiting environmental impact through education, limiting waste, limiting emissions, conserving water, avoiding toxins, traveling responsibly, and advocating for change. All of these actions are done with the intention of creating a better planet and helping the environment for future generations.

That is a lot to take on and understand! Sustainable Living can be an aspect of many different parts of life, from travel to food to recycling and shopping. Check out some of the resources the library has to start thinking about the steps you can take!
