VUDU Spark Stick: A New Way to Watch Movies

Have you heard of the “Amazon Firestick?” The Amazon Fire TV Stick is a device that allows you to have a home entertainment streaming technology. The Fire Stick plugs into your TV’s HDMI port giving you access to your favorite TV shows, movies, subscription services, music, photos, and games. However in order to use the services, you need to purchase an annual Amazon Prime membership.

If you are hesitant to purchase a technology that you don’t know very much about, I would suggest borrowing our libraries VUDU Spark Stick. VUDU Spark Stick is a competitor to the Amazon Firestick. It has the same concept, however the library has pre-loaded ours with movies so there is no need to create an account or to add movies on to our sticks. Our VUDU Spark sticks are free to borrow.

In order to use the stick, plug the VUDU Spark into your TV HDMI port, connect to WiFi, then begin watching. It connects directly to VUDU and comes with an intuitive remote. If you would like to read the manual, click here.

Each stick we have is organized by movie genre. Currently we offer: action, comedy, drama, family films and multi-genre. If you are interested in using this new technology, borrow one of our devices! Click here to view which Vudu Spark Sticks we have available for loan
