You can now explore images from Lindenhurst History on our Between the Shelves Blog! Explore the people, places, and history that has made Lindenhurst what it is today.
Just click on the ‘Lindenhurst Digital Photo Collection’ tab at the top of the blog to get started!
- Explore blog posts that dig deeper into historical moments by clicking on the featured posts at the top of the page.
- To navigate and enlarge the photos, click on any image and use the arrows on the left and right sides of the page to toggle back and forth. Click on the X in the upper left hand corner to return to the main page.
- Under each group of images click on the grey ‘Photo Captions’ box to get a list of captions. Please note that the captions start with the first small tiled image above the ‘Photo Captions’ box.
